A great general map to some 270 spots in Britain and Ireland.
This colourful and well designed map has much information such as reserve opening times and provides detailed maps to some of the most popular reserves. In a guide of this nature much attention is necessarily given to the large network of reserves in Britain, but Ireland does get it's fair share of attention. Particularly useful if you are travelling to Britain and Ireland, and a useful reference map to plan your birding trip.

Michelin Map 923: Ireland 2000

Michelin Maps.

Excellent road map, covering the whole island and the best for motorists, with emphasis on mileage and 'distances between'.

Collins 2001 Map of Ireland

Collins Cartographic.
Availability: Usually dispatched within 24 hours.

A good clear map, less 'cluttered' than the Michellin map, but with less information.

Discovery series:
Ordnance Survey maps of Ireland
Highly detailed regional maps, clear and up-to-date - A 'must have' if you're planning to travel independently. All are 1:50000 scale, roughly 1 inch to a mile or 2cm to 1 km. These are by far the best local maps available.
