'There was never a dull moment during our three days; Eric had us racing around lowland, mountain and sea cliffs in pursuit of birds with personal highlights of Red Grouse, Hen Harrier, Corncrake and Black Guillemot. In a word, with Eric the brief stopover was an outstanding success; without his guidance we would have returned with fewer sightings.
